I know it's a bit early but what are your watch goals for 2023?

For me I'm wanting to a formex essence white dial:
Hopefully this will be supported by a few more commissions on custom builds/mods.
Get around to doing my janky homemade dial project.
And finally replace the capacitor and fix the bracelet on my citizen calibre 2100 aka Ron Swanson watch.

GS baby! Not allowing any of my usual small 'doesn't really count' watch purchases until I tick that box. I think. Or maybe I'll get a G-shock. Or some other different watch I develop an instant love affair with. Damn, loosey goosey goals here.
Also plan to try and complete a couple of hobby builds that are horrific looking, but I will plow through and create something disturbing to look at.
Less watches, more accessories, straps, jewelry, and display options.
To hopefully get some of the watches on my waiting list also try and branch out to different manufacturers

My watch goal for 2023 is to be able to meet my watch goal for 2022. At the start of 2022, I was determined to not add to my collection. Other than the 11 new watches I bought, I was able to stick to that😉. I'm hoping to stick to that same goal in 2023, but this time with 11 less moments of weakness.
To buy another Rolex if my AD comes through. 😁
In 2023 I will try to spend less than I did and 2022 and with the savings I will attempt to move back indoors.
I'm not making any more big purchases until I get a higher paying job, but if I manage to snag one I think a Monta is first on my list!
You’re making your own dial?! How does that even start? Much respect.
This one I'm starting with a brass blank and modify it. It's not going to be a pretty watch but that'll be part of its charm.
I've tried doing a paper dial though a laser printer isn't the best for that:
And I've had a few dials custom made.
This one I had the number ring laser cut and I added the red washi paper to it.
I'd like to get my own laser but I guess the ones that are powerful enough start at like $2,500-3,000 and I'm not sure how much I would use it.
