No. My tastes are very… maybe not “specific”, but “curated” or “cultivated”, i guess you could say. I don’t think i’m the hardest cookie to crack but I’d have to like the offer. At the moment, I would want money and only money.

No, but it must of been a win-win in the offeror’s eyes.

Definitely a concern for sure. I concluded it was a low risk deal since its a newer watch and came with papers. I inspected it in person before making the deal 👍🏼

Trading amongst enthusiasts in person over drinks or food is a great way for both parties to experience a new watch.

If the difference in value favors one party over the other than than the favored party can pick up the tab.

I would prefer trading to selling, always. But there’s all sorts of “buyer protection” in the world but no “trader protection.”

I actually much prefer trade to sale. It gets me looking at things I might not normally consider.

In my experience trades do often involve a bit of cash to even up the values but the majority of the exchange is barter.

Very few brands offer pink dials, never mind the kurono pink looks spectacular.

My favorite pink dial watches in my collection. Fears achieves by mixing the pink with silver. Isotope is actually called Blink for a shading of blue with the pink.

Awesome trade offer. A beautiful watch like that kind of makes the decision nearly painless.

Trading is fun under 500 gets way too complicated over that amount. But I love trading.

I used to get crazy offers from guys who mostly wanted to commit suicide by angry wife. One fella wanted to exchange his 16 year old gold and steel Datejust for my 48mm Black dial Super Avenger, wasn’t a fair exchange but I was concerned his wife who gave him the watch would send off to live in a basement apartment with no windows. Another guy wanted to trade a gifted Patek Calatrava for one of my Navitimers. I told him to look up a respected buyer seller guy, also no deal. My basic rule is to avoid dealing with any person you are remotely acquainted with.

What dif you end up trading it for?

I rather not say bc I don’t want to be judged 😂 but i can say that their secondary market values are comprable.
