Can’t tell if you’re joking…just wear the watch or don’t buy it.

I had one for about a month. Absolutely beautiful watch and brand. As I only wear watches on bracelets, the GS bracelet is an abomination resulting in an unusable bracelet for anyone who’s wrist expands and contracts throughout the day. Even with playing with half and full links it was either very tight or flopping on my wrist.

Sold it and don’t ever see myself getting one again unless they update their bracelets. I will admire from afar and am jealous for those who can actually have a good fit.

I’ve never regretted getting a watch but have also never regretted selling on either. It’s okay to sell watches and still appreciate them through photos, articles and here on Watch Crunch.

Wish you the best on your watch journey my friend 🥃

I got to the point of a fun watch box of 12, still way too many watches in my opinion, down to a core 5. Stressed me out to look into a box of watches that I only wanted to wear a few of them so only wore them all so I could justify having them.

I think people use the excuse of “having memories and life events attached to them.” When you ask them what memories, they can’t think of one but actually have a few that they can point actual important memories to.

If you have fewer watches, you create these memories with only a few watches and there is very little stress choosing what to wear each day.

For me it boils down to quality over quantity.

Wouldn’t call it addicted. Wear what you want and don’t feel obligated to wear everything in the watch box. I slimmed my collection down from 12 to 5 this year because I wasn’t wearing several of them and gravitated towards others.

I had a similar mindset where I had to wear everything and it stressed me out. Came to the point where I wore what I wanted and anything that I didn’t wear for several months was sold. Zero regrets.

Congrats! Have had the same BB36 for several years and it’s an awesome piece. Don’t be scared to wear it as can be commonly done with first luxury watches.

Also, these prior generation BB36’s knock the socks off the new ones. Enjoy it!

For a short trip like that it always just one watch and a F91W for sleeping. My black BB36 is a common companion for me for short trips as it can suit every situation without issue.
