My BB58 goes on all my vacations. It's the right size, right color, rugged enough, can handle water, but still looks nice enough for dinner
It's not an unreasonable policy. In your mind, it's just the same watch with a different color. From a manufacturing standpoint, it's a completely different watch. Different batch, different production run.
They cannot simply move you from spot 10 to spot 10, there is already a dude in spot 10 and it's not fair to him or feasible to move everyone down. I'd be pretty furious if my spot in line got pushed backward because a company told me this other guy is more important than me because he ordered blue months ago.
I mean, I could get another BB58 pretty easy... but that specific one has gone on so many adventures. I'm torn between my Seiko Snoopy, which would be hard to replace or my Cartier Tank Solarbeat Small they don't make anymore.
I'm going with my heart. Give me the BB58 back, it's mine
The year was 1996 and the boy I liked gave me a cool watch that I wanted (yes, I was into watches as a kid) and this girl who wanted him stole my watch. She didn't steal the boy. Honestly, I don't even remember why we broke up but I still remember the watch.
