Changed Watches for Gym

Decided to actually use the timing feature of my F91W to time my reps instead of staring at the second hand.

I've gotta admit, I prefer the casual impression of the analog. Feels like I'm actually resting between sets. More time has passed even though it's technically both two minutes.

What do you use at the gym?

I tend to wrap my wrists up, or so so cant wear a watch to the gym unfortunately

Usually my F91W when I’m running! It weighs nothing and I honestly forget it’s there.

I break out the G-Shock for park runs or races when I’m going for lunch after!

It's a place where foolish people push around heavy things then flex in a mirror

So not a place for me then 😂

Ah I remember my F235! Kept encouraging me to go balls to the wall on easy runs though. Linking it to Strava was not a good idea. Always out chasing segments instead of working to pace!

Strava is so funny that way. You want to do some calm zone 2 training and it's trying to get me to king of the so called "hill"

I don't really time myself at the gym but I usually bring my daily beater Casio as well. I guess dials can be another thing to gawk at between sets instead of immediately whipping out my phone.

I like my casioak or a f91w. I don't usually use the chronograph on either but I like having the digital display to track time between sets 🤓
