The car you have seen me post is one I have owned for over 38 years. It was just a car when I got it (and believe you me I scrimped to get it) and it is still just a car, not a flex.

I have a couple bikes. I like the mountain ones.

Commuters are a Cannondale Topstone and a Canyon Roadlite. I’m always on a bike!!

Road - Supersix Evo Hi Mod and a Factor VAM. both with carbon tubulars

TT and Triathlon bike are on my P5

No, man, I only have 1 bike, and it's a regular production Litespeed Siena. I had it custom painted, so as to serve as a forcing function to prevent myself from ever selling it and buying more bikes!

15 years ago, it must have cost something like $2k or $3k? That was an unfathomably large expenditure for me at the time, but I knew that I would keep coveting other newer bikes, so had to find a way to make sure my own hands were tied.

It's insanity to think that any given GS costs more than my bike now!

Smart move going all in yo keep that itch in check. It is a little crazy that GS pricepoints have climbed. People outside the watch world ask me about GS all the time. Makes sense (in the luxury watch world only) that GS prices are climbing

Postscript: keep riding brother! The alternative is weight gain and a slew of expensive pills that will shorten your life !
