I used to have it and it was one of the watches I owned that received more compliments. My cousin, who’s like my brother, liked it a lot so I gifted it to him.
There’s tons of research online that can help you with both nutrition ideas and workout routines (using what you already have). The trick is consistency. If you have access to healthcare, you might want to visit a nutritionist as they can help you get on track (and point you in the right direction). Don’t get discouraged and always do your best. Back in the U.S., my wife dressed more formal (in general) than she does here in Europe, where her work environment is a little bit more casual. In the U.S. her daily was a Cartier Cle, which was then replaced by a two-tone Cartier Santos. Now, her daily is an Oyster Perpetual.
I like all the stainless steel versions, but I think my favourite is the blue one. My wife wears a tiny version of that Tag Heuer and I’ve always found it pretty cool. It also has awesome patina so it looks really nice. She was gifted that watch by her late dad when she was 10.
