I'll go with the established brand that's been around over a century vs a brand that may disappear in a few years. Like someone said earlier, the post purchase support is important
PR and accuracy aren't deal breakers. I rotate watches enougj that it doesn't matter and it's nice winding and setting them when they do stop. I've also learned PR to me matters more than accuracy/beat rate
Just keep in mind that servicing mechanical chronographs are much expensive than a regular movement. Even if it's the seagull
