I think it looks like these models:

https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004261686567.html
The first has the same lettering but the colour seems not to be available anymore.
The second has the same colour but with the 'new' hexagonal logo.
Notice also that the first has a NH35 movement and that second model has a YN55 movement.
I agree with you! In both assertions.
Sometimes we don't wanna replace or change the movement or any detail that made our watch unique and when in need of repair/restore a watch don't look for a seller/AD look for a watchmaker. 😉
Technically you need some tool, like this of Bergeon (there is other models, just a example), that has a fixed blade to unscrew the bracelet. Using two screwdrivers has a small risk of slip and scratch.
Vintage Watch Helvetia from 1977!! Swiss manual winding movement ETA 2750.
I bought this watch to be one of my "anniversary watches" (the other one is a Seiko 5).
The watch came from Belgrade in Serbia and, as reported by the seller, the inscription on the lid reads: "Construction of the highway Bajina Bašta - Valjevo year 1977"
Wristwatches were given as recognition to workers at that time. In this case for the completion of construction of the road between the cities of Bajina Bašta and Valjevo in 1977.
You could get/share more info on that watch by viewing/showing the caseback. 😉
@horologybiology knows a lot on Enicar watches. Maybe he could help too.
I agree @Markell that seems to be over lubrication. If like you said above it's still under warranty, if possible I would ask for a replacement or, at least, a revision. That colour could be old lubrication or in worst case stain/rust/moisture residue.
