Yes! This is why as much as I like my snk807 I don't wear it often, I really like my timers so anything with a movable bezel, chronograph, or stop watch are my go tos. I eventually found out that I was doing something called the pomodoro method. I especially like my g Shocks that show current time and timer or stopwatch going at the same time.
The gw is definitely really big, but it's a g Shock so it doesn't matter. I have a 6.5 in wrist, but I think it's too big for me. A ton of features!
The ga900 lacks a backlight for the digital screen, actually the light isn't that great on it.
I'm not too familiar with the last round as I haven't handled one, but it looks really cool in person.
All are pretty tough, but they are mostly "resin" (plastic). Most of my collection is g Shocks. My favorite is the gwm5610, it's solar, with radio controlled signal. I've gotten strap adapters from Jay and Kay's on ebay, great quality, and they have a bunch of diffrent ones that will fit whatever g Shock you go with.
I see gshocks at Ross and tj Maxx for under 100 bucks if you want to try one out. There's even some regular Casio watches that are almost g Shocks, like the dw 291h I'm wearing now.
