Finally ordered my Baltic Aquascaphe!
I got my bonus today which was much, much better than estimated so I ordered a Baltic Aquascaphe Blue Gilt on a beads of rice bracelet this morning.
To say I'm excited is an understatement. I have been researching this watch for almost a full year. This is what my browser tabs look like in my phone 😂.
This watch will be my most expensive purchase to date (relative to me) and I think I am good for a while (famous last words from a watch addict). This is my Rolex.
Honestly, I'll probably wear this every day for a very long time, it's my perfect daily wearer.
This Baltic will mark successfully overcoming a very tough year & mainly celebrating our new dog Zuko as a whole. After a scary incident, he's ok now, I get to enjoy this watch with him now & build lots of memories. It's his watch & I'll remember him forever with it after he's gone too.

I edited the post, My pup is OK now.
We just had a bad scare in October where he was attacked by another dog in a park. He was Bit, He had 8 stitches on his neck and we are still dealing with some residual behaviour side effects. He's fully healed now and getting better each day, slowly getting back to normal.

It feels so great to see someone sharing their happiness of buying a new watch - A lot of non-watch people don't understand that this isnt about merely a materialistic object but a lot more because of the sense of accomplishment, the hope of having a timeless companion reminding about time (the irony of it) and "memories in making" that we share when we buy these 'objects' - Enjoy and all the best

Love my #aquascaphe and I couldn't recommend it higher. Get a good fkm rubber bracelet too. You can't go wrong with one.

Congratulations. I have the black and silver with beads of rice. I also bought a leather strap and like it on that a lot too. Once of my favorite aspects is the distortion from the glass. The bezel feel is real nice too. I use the bezel as a cooking timer all the time.
