+1 I've read that the chronograph module is quite difficult and therefore costly to service. On the flip side I've also read that the 3220 movement is quite reliable.
I came across this article of someone stripping and servicing the movement when I was doing my own research of the watch:
The reduced is a great watch.
The movement may not be as prestigious but in my mind the auto movement is a lot easier to live with than the hand wind.
The size is a lot better too, and if you look at the models from 2006 the dial is different from the one you've shown, the crystal is sapphire, the WR is increased to 100m and the clasp is much better. They are rarer though so cost a little more.
Yes I read an article that talked about how many watches sold depending on how the watch hands were positioned. They tested about 8 or so different positions.
Most watches were sold when the hands replicated a happy face, and least watches sold when the hands replicated a sad face.
