Mine had the bezel swapped to a new one four years ago because the previous owner had an aftermarket ceramic installed. I don't baby my watch but it gets worn in a rotation so looks brand new at this time.
Looks great. My only problem with leather Natos is the thickness. Usually two layers under the watch makes it unwearable.
Most of my watches come in pre-loved so new scratches don’t hurt much. I don’t think I have seriously damaged any.
