Watches in Wonderland; Do you sleep with it on or off?
Some watches sleep better on our wrists than others. For sure, all my Rolexes get the scream from the family at night as it scratches them. I just wanna tell the time especially with a new born. Apple watch is far too bright with the backlight and it wakes up the kids. What is your sleep time buddy? I've resorted to my trusted Casio G-Shock. What about you?

I usually wear my Marathon Navigator. It's light, comfortable, and has tritium tubes so it's easy to read without pushing buttons.

I dont wear a watch to sleep, unless its during very unusual circumstances. When my son was a newborn I wore an f91w for the first few weeks however
I wear two at night. One is my Apple Watch to track my sleeping patterns and then I‘ll wear one of my beater watches, which is either my Tudor Black Bay Ceramic, or my Porsche Design Series1 Chronograph.
Whatever watch I'm wearing during the day comes to bed with me.
