Perfect or Plain?🧐🤨
First Day on the wrist! Probably questionable for most watch enthusiasts. But for myself personally I came to the realization I wanted to wear a Rolex daily. So I downsized my collection from 24 to 10. Be it I am in sales I kind of felt it rude to wear what I consider “heavy hitters” in my collection during pitches or meetings. So say hello to my Mark 2 39mm Explorer. My one Rolex that dosent yell at you

Perfection - I have the OG baby sister (36mm from 2003)... 20 years and haven't come close to fallin out of ❤️ with her. Explorer 1 is a timeless design - period

Congrats!! I pick this up 3 weeks ago. Same exact model. I've been warming up to wearing it outside. Took it for a spin yesterday and it's really growing in me. I knew I would love it but I need time with a watch to really bond.

I would agree that sometimes "less is more". Therefore, the fact that this Rolex isn't ostentatious (not wrt vulgarity, but tryin to attract "noise" or to impress) makes it perfectly respectful of those around you, demonstrated by your desire to not feel rude during a pitch or meeting. Those are attributes of "gentlemanship".
You may impress them afterwards by inviting your colleagues to your villa for wine from your wineyard and shooting pheasants 😉
