Try drinking decaf coffee or tea but essentially any drink that doesn’t contain caffeine and after a while you may not need the nightly WC!
The caffeine stimulates the bladder this has made big improvements to my best friends sleep and my wife’s 🎯👍🏻

I do, but I only need 6 hrs a night because I do literally sleep like a log do a short fulfilling sleep does the job and no day naps!
Typical bed time is 12:30-1:00 the up around 7:00 am
