Yes! I think the dial is more balanced and better looking on the date version but I wanted the fluted bezel and didn’t find one with date only.
Looks fine on you! If 34mm was too small we could through most of the 50s and 60s vintage history and heritage out the window.
You can go either way imo. The white is maybe more classic. There is also a red, or wine maybe, version that @Chunghauphoto is wearing. I think that looks the part as well. Here is a WRUW I stole from him without permission.
