A year of watches

I’ve posted a wristshot every day for a year now, almost the same amount of time I’ve been on Watchcrunch.

Here's a ascending order in terms of use (and some random shots of them):

GShock 5600, Swatch (Unknown), Tactical Frog, Moonswatch Mars, Radium SL Auto: 2

What to do in the next year?

A bit disappointed in the use of the Basculante as it's been in the collection for the entire year, while the VC has only been there for a month and have same number of uses. The Omega 2254 is probably the one worn most in terms of in the number of days since it entered the collection.

Any thoughts? and what's next, should I continue in this streak?

Congrats on hitting the 365 mark!🥳Interesting to see how often a watch was worn.👍

·

Nice collection! How are you liking the Dornblueth & Sohn?

·

Congratulations! I’m trying but we’ll have to see how disciplined I am!

Thanks 🙏 very happy with it. The medium is a good size for me.

·

Well earned 👏👏

·

Congratulations 🎊 Welcome to the 365 Club!

·

Congrats. Does anyone know if there is a cutoff time (US Eastern time) to submit? I’ve posted a photo every day, but sometimes in the evening. It’s showing I missed a day. ☹️

Hey Erik, congrats on getting the 365 Wristy badge!

You seem to have a massive collection, how do you end up choosing which watch to wear on any given day? Given some pieces have only been worn 10 or so times in the past year, has picking up a watch and setting it (bec it’s power reserve has since died) become a morning routine for you now?

Thanks, some are no longer in the collection, but with around 14, it’s a bit tricky to choose sometimes. A few pieces are sentimental and therefore will never be sold, and others are a bit more agile. See this post for the current collection

Too bad. Does it follow the west coast maybe @Max ?

I'll get there in the next few months then Im going to stop. I am in the process of reducing my collection down to 7 or maybe ten pieces and Im sure people will get tired of seeing them...JMO Enjoy the hobby

Just enjoying the watches is the most important thing, regardless of social media

·

Congratulations! That’s an Impressive collection 👏🏻👏🏻

·

Dedication. I think you should take one year straight of watch + croc shots and we should all participate.

It's interesting to see the repartition of how often you had weared each watch

·

Bravo my friend. I think I have still hundread days to go to join you. I probably stopped posting for 3 month or so before the streak system existed. But that's life. Enjoy. That 2254 is a beast.

·

Love that Dornbluth... I'm ridiculously jealous...

·

Wow that’s awesome 🤩 big congratulations 🎉

·

Congratulations, got 90 days to go myself to hit the 365 thus I know the effort Putin.

·

Congratulations 👏

It's according to the time on your device

That’s what I though but sometimes if I post it within the same day (my time zone), it says I missed a day’s posting I gave up as I quite close to my 60 days achievement ☹️

·

Congratulations! That’s really a great accomplishment

·

Congratulations! I have a loooooong way to go!!!

·

Congratulations! I thought about chasing after the 365 Wristy badge but decided against it. Didn't want to get tied down. Amazing tenacity you have there.

·

Nice work Erik!

·

Happy birthday! 😀

The app has a reminder feature. Every day at 10:30, reminds me of posting a what's on the wrist. I thought it would be cool that the reminder was at 10:10 though

·

Just completed my 90…365 seems a very long way away..🤣 Bravo!

·

Unreal commitment there. And nice Dornblüth & Sohn there that I don't think we get to see here very often.
