New job, celebrated with a new watch! 🥳🥳🥳
I added a post a week or so ago asking whether I should sell the green OP 41mm to fund the blue or green Cartier Santos de Cartier in the medium size.
The majority (including myself) said I should keep the OP, which I've done. Lots of members mentioned the white medium, as it's classic and much more legible!
I managed to find another true enthusiast that had a medium Santos in white for sale. We met today and done the deal. He gave me great price, for a piece that he had worn sparingly, was in excellent condition, and was barely a year old.
I love this hobby/obsession and I love meeting other watch people and sharing our passion!
This was a watch to celebrate a new job (not that I need an excuse), which I start in October. I cannot buy another watch (he says) until "Watches and Wonders" 2024.

I'm already looking at straps for it. I have the tan leather that came with it, which is still brand new. I would like to add either a dark blue or black alligator/crocodile leather strap for it - or both! 😎👌
