When I talked to @valleykilmers about doing this charity raffle, he laughed and said that he mostly wanted to get more than what a forum goer would bid. $500 and he was happy.
I laughed and said I was pretty sure I could get double that. $1000 in donations would be a solid target.
The raffle has ended. The tallies are in. And thirty two of you guys made it rain.
Thank you to everyone who participated. Together, we raised over $1500 USD for dozens of worthy causes from suicide prevention to food banks to war and disaster relief.

Wow! What a surprise. I never thought I would win one of these. 🫣 Super grateful to win and to support a great cause. We have very little support for those in need on the MS Gulf Coast so GCCM works to provide food, clothing, health care, and counseling.
