Straps sometimes. I really don't do colored dials. I aim for complimentary coloration and all and avoid clashes but being too matchy-matchy is too try-hard for me.
I like having a diverse wardrobe, an extension of / part of which is wristwatches, but I think i have found myself coordinating my bands with my clothes more than the watches themselves, because I’m almost always in a mood to wear a given watch for several days until i make myself to rotate to a different one.
Black and blue together is making a comeback, however I’m almost 40, so I’m stuck in my ways. Grayscale goes either way, but blue or green with blue/brown. I go black on black most days.
I work in fashion so yeah I pretty much coordinate almost all my watches with my looks… I have fun doing that… i always travel with more than one watch for that purpose as well.
That said, I have some watches which are simply easy to mix&match, case in point Rolex Explorer 36, that beauty will match with literally everything I can think of.
Sometimes, like what I did during Eid, green clothes, green dial watch & straps. Other than festive times or going to one of those black tie/white tie event or weddings I don't really bother.
I'm usually in some combination of a tactical/field -ish uniform, so usually my watch and strap combo let me get some personality out there.
I do in fact use a strap/watch head to compliment or tie an particular outfit together, especially if it's for a date night, or other significant event. Mrs. SolidYetti seems to like it.

I wear a casual shirt and jeans all the time, I have no problem, and 95% of my collection is Divers and Chronos Sports Watches.

I kind of do. But to me it's mostly a color thing. I would still wear a dress watch with jeans and t-shirt / diver with a suit no problem.
I’ll need to find one ugly/mismatched watch then 😭
Not often, but sometimes I'll give it some thought
The puppy is perfectly coordinated
Never have,never will.
I'm a WIS, not a fashionista.
Vive la differance!
One day i looked down and though I went too far with it. haha

The watch dictates what I wear! Just kidding I'm color blind and have no idea what colors I'm wearing
Sometimes my sleeves tell me a watch is too big, so I put on a different watch, or a different shirt/jacket. That's about as far as I go.
Family, social outings - maybe but very likely
Work - fuck it
Sometimes... usually accidentally...
My kids pick the watch I wear every morning so…coordination…. I wish!!!!
I hate it when colours clash. All my watches except one (SMP300 Seaweed) are monochromatic so I don’t have to worry about colour coordination.
Mostly by accident
Yup!

I actually happened to have this on just now

Anyway for me it is part of the fun 😊
A short selection here under.
D : most of the time. Not always, but more than "sometimes"

C. You mean clothes, right? 👀
Uhhh the main problem I'm having is we haven't invented power armor yet....👀🤏🏻😝🤣😜 (Warhammer40K)
But to answer seriously, depends/sometimes.
