This is 1 mm larger in diameter, and costs an extra $100, but is a fantastic do it all.
And the caseback is blank.
Wears smaller than it looks due to case structure and it's asymmetric shape.
As @solidyetti mentioned #lorier is your closest to that price with a blank case back. They also make the Hyperion GMT.
There’s a few affordable #islander GMTs, but they have intense case back etchings/carvings.

Just note that the crystal is acrylic. People who have Lorier are very happy with it (pros and cons) and is a non issue. But just making sure you’re aware ✌️
If you’re okay with quartz you might want to take a look at About Vintage. Nice looking gmts and all of their watches are blank with the idea that you can have an inscription.
