If you’re okay with quartz you might want to take a look at About Vintage. Nice looking gmts and all of their watches are blank with the idea that you can have an inscription.

As @solidyetti mentioned #lorier is your closest to that price with a blank case back. They also make the Hyperion GMT.
There’s a few affordable #islander GMTs, but they have intense case back etchings/carvings.
