I recently acquired this beautiful Rolex Air-King 5500 with my girlfriend a few days ago, marking our first joint watch purchase! Naturally, she'll be the one wearing it most of the time though ๐ I've worn it for a couple of days now, and I'm still undecided on whether it's too small for me or not. What are your thoughts guys?

Not too small at all IMO, look good ๐
No.
Thatโs pure class right there.
Looks good on your wrist!
Too small but many people will say the โwear what makes you happy bsโ
laughs in 8" wrist
(It's a 34mm watch)
Looks good. I guess all that matters is do you think it's too small?
Definitely not too small. Looks great on your wrist!

@twostitchstraps, just know that this guy ^^^ ( @CastellxMets ) is coming in hot with his take. You SHOULD wear what you like; this guy telling you that this 34mm watch is too small on you like it is an objective fact is also the SAME guy that wears a few watches with the lugs draped over past the surface of his wrist.
@CastellxMets I'm glad YOU wear what you like... even if those watches are too big for your wrist.
Definitely not to small! Absolutely perfect size IMO.
Looks great ๐
It gives a very classy and vintage feel.
If you looked for a modern look, I suppose it would be too small. But I suppose you wouldn't have bought it if you looked for a modern look ๐

Same size my grandad wore when earning his medals for bravery in 1944. But he didn't need a big watch to prove his manhood bs. ๐
Looks very snappy on that strap. Not too small at all
It looks good to me. Nice watch.
Honestly I am now of an opinion that a watch can almost never be too small, especially on a leather strap, as it just looks closer to vintage or dressy.
Not at all. Looks good, I bet itโs comfortable to wear too. Classic!
If you can find a bracelet for it it will slightly increase the visual appearance and wear like a dream!!!
34mm is my go to size. Iโm a guy with a 6.7 inch wrist and I just admire a 34mm watch on wrist. Just got myself the Traska Commuter 34mm and I just canโt keep away from it. I also wear the Junghans MaxBill 34mm and the Timex Marlin 34mm. For me, itโs the perfect size. I own the 36mm Baltic MR01 and I find it a bit off for a dress watch (probably the shiny bezel makes it a tad large). Iโd rock this Air-king without a second thought.
Good lord, that is a thing of beauty and perfectly proportioned to your wrist.
34mm is perfect. Iโve settled in the 32 - 36 range. No reason for 90% of watches to be much bigger.
As a dress watch it is the perfect size!
Too small for ME, but itโs a beautiful watch and for a dressier watch 34 looks good on your wrist.
Wicked cool. Not so sure about sharing hahaha
I have a wrist >7.5" and often wear a 34mm JLC with a 17mm lug width
Sometimes watches look bigger in pictures so for me it's hard to tell
My Rolex Date is 34mm on a 7' wrist. All good!
It looks fine on you but would probably look even better if it was a bit bigger.
If it were my watch Iโd probably try it on a bracelet.
Not too small
No, ot fitโs perfect! ๐๐ป
