@rowiphi Tudor bronze and #oris full bronze. Impressive 👍 how are you finding the patina and green transfer to your wrist? Is one better than the other ie transferring less green to arm
You have good taste, my fellow Dutchman! Very subjective of course, but I guess it's always nice to hear that a random guy from the internet did an honest touble take on the contents of your watchbox.

So far, only the Oris had a very slight green transfer after a very hot day. So nothing too bad!
Great collection! How do you feel about the patina on the Oris? And also, maybe a strange question, but does the watch have a "smell" to it because of the oxidation?
The patina is part of the game! I love it. In the beginning I was worried that people thought I was wearing a gold one... 😎 Not anymore! 😜 No smell whatsoever.

I hope at least casebacks are stainless steel... at least it use to be the case with Oris...
Dutch guy living in Gran Canaria, Spain. Started way back to collect Bulova Accutron, but sold them all (but one...) when moving to Spain. Started over again, because, well... You know! Impressed and...

Old quartz seamasters are so cool. As is the Oris and the rest of your collection. Kudos from a fellow "Big Crowner"!

One that I bought online from Tissot and one on a cruiseship without the VAT. I couldn't resist...
Nice! Is it a Seastar Seven in the right bottom corner?
No, it's a Tissot Visodate. That was my father's watch and he got it from his dad. Family heirloom!

I can answer for rowiphi: "I got the black one when it first came out, and then the green was launched" haha
Nope! Green first... 😜

I got this Visodate from my father. It has a description Seastar Seven as well. Yours resembled me of that variant.
Ah! No, it says Seastar, no Seven
Love the OG Alpinist
Love that Accutron on the top row!
