..at the local AD here. I like the old Aqua Terra, but the new 38 mm. is so much better for my wrist. Not interested in the model with the seconds sub dial, just trying it on for reference. Love the green though!

I do not know why Omega has never put out the green team dial in 38mm. My first grail watch was the green teak and I love it even at 41mm - but not having the option is/was a bit vexing.

Either will be an amazing watch if you choose to acquire one.

Im really liking the smaller watch trend.

I was at an Omega boutique less an hour ago.

It had the teak dark blue AT in 38mm and 41mm, and the anniversary ice blue in 41mm. Both the smaller and larger dark blues were the same price, which made no sense. Still, I prefer both of these over the new ATs, which have too much high gloss on the case and that new bracelet.

The new ATs are also pricier than the teak variants even though they all run on the same calibre 8800, which again made no sense. Bracelet architecture maybe? Don’t know and didn’t notice anyone asking for it either. It’s turned the AT from being a very choice GADA into something else, and not in a good way.

I think Omega is going to lose people by redoing the AT like this, which is a misstep it can ill afford when its fundamentals are looking rocky.

I have a soft spot for Omega. I grew up with them around the house and have had four over the years. So I look on its hyperactive and scattershot approach with some bemusement.

I initially thought the 41mm was too big for my 6.5 wrist but now it looks ok although I do think 41mm is at the limit of what my wrist can handle.

I never get tired of looking at that green dial.

I dig the this watch

The 38 definitely looks better on your wrist.

The AT in green is fantastic. I agree, the small seconds hand model doesn't really appeal to me.

·

Gorgeous green dials 💚

The 38 does seem to fit better 👍🏻

I’ve been holding out for a previous generation AT golf black dial for over a year. Just can’t find one in good condition at the right price. Looked at the current golf and thought it was ok. Just like the case on the previous model much better. Still no AT in the Omega collection

I have one in the blue dial 38mm on bracelet. It has become the watch I reach for more often than not every morning.

Would have made me a one watch kinda guy if I wasn't such a degen.

·

What about the 38mm 'shades' ATs? They have a gorgeous green 💚
