SOTC: One spot left

Would love to hear what y'all think can be a good candidate for the last slot in my watch box. Some of the front runners for me are: Omega Vintage Pie Pan, Longines Spirit 37mm, Blancpain 50 fathom 42mm, maybe rolex?

SOTC:

Lange 101.022 YG

IWC 40mm Portofino RG

Reverso Classique 250.8.86 YG

GO Senator Excellence Automatic Black dial

Speedy 3861 Sapphire Sandwich

GS SBGP005 Quartz Jump Hour

My first ever watch a Seiko SUR093

Nice collection, some iconic pieces in there.

I'd be tempted to add a bit of colour to what you have already. A nice Oyster Perpetual or Aqua Terra would be my choice.

·

Citizen Promaster 🤜🤛

·

What brand watch box is that? Its very nice.

·

Millgauss, fun and done :)

·

Very nice collection🔥

·

This is a phenomenal collection and doesn’t need anything but I agree with @tiffer a blue OP or AT would be 🤌

·

Solid collection you’ve got there! Very, very nice indeed - the ALS and the IWC especially stand out. As to the last slot: you have the ‘classics’ covered, maybe go for something a bit quirky and different, eg

Chopard LUC worldtimer:

Or a Ming 37.04:

Let us know what will take that last slot! Happy hunting :)

This guys not messing about 👌🏻😎👍🏻

A diver is definitely in order. Maybe a GMT diver would be a versatile, fun option. This would add 2 options to the collection that isn’t present. The longines Diver GMT is a nice looking one. Also tones of fun microbrand options that offer the same combinations.

·

I say go microbrand:

You need a diver, the timing bezel is so handy. I don’t have a digital but so many people love their G-Shocks (if you like pushing buttons)

·

I suggest something colorful or plasticky. You know, one for those occasions… Maybe G-Shock, Tissot Sideral, Louis Erard, H Moser, etc. It’s nice to see your first ever in there. I still have mine as well. ✌️

·

Nice set! Agree with the diver suggestion. BP50 42mm or Bathy would be my choice:)

·

Not that everyone need a diver, but the 50 Fathoms would be a sick addition to this collection.

·

Gotta be a diver, gotta be a sub 👑

·

Sub!!!!!

·

A GMT of your choosing.

·

Loving It

·

The GO is sweet!! An Omega Globemaster would fit in nicely

·

That’s a wonderful box. Would you consider a Panerai? Not a fan of the blancpain. Maybe a Rolex depends on which one.

·

Go with your gut, "...Omega Vintage Pie Pan..."

·

You are missing a dive watch and your taste goes in a more understated direction. So no off shore for you. My vote would be for a pre-ceramic Rolex submariner in good condition. Is it the obvious pick? Sure. But the classics became a classics for a reason.

·

Lots of thought and respect went into your current lineup, you definately need something different and fun! Looks like you have 7plus inch wrist, and dont want heavy watches Divers), but dont mind 40mm+ case sizes. The Blancpain would be a perfect choice of which you listed.

A rolex GMT would fill a hole in your collection and add some color, or a DJ 41 smooth on jubilee might be nice (just looking at your heavy dress collection here) rhodium>blue>mint green dial (depending on how fun you feel) would be nice unless you want to be blingy and go for fluted bezel.

A tudor tool watch along the lines of the new GMT58 coke or pelagos would open your horizens, maybe branch you out in some color, something more sporty.

Personally a beater gshock/casio/timex(so many good ones) could be a fun change of pace, but doesnt look like you'd go for that..

Honestly, the more I look at the blancpain on paper and reviews, I say go for that! It's amazing!

·

What a terrific collection 👏

·

Great collection!

·

Gorgeous collection

·

You need a diver, you need a marine master 300 🥂

·

I think I understand your taste and collection. Exceptional btw.

My thoughts:

Bracelets above straps below

Sporty above, dressy below

3 round 1 rectangular below

Would be nice to keep the symmetry

Cartier santos.

A hundred different options. Classic.

Sits nicely above the reverso.

Sporty but elegant

Every size you could want

Every movement you could want

Missing a Rolex diver

·

You could consider a Longine Hydroconquest GMT thereby getting a diver and GMT to round out your nice collection.
