What’s your favorite dive watch in your collection?

Happy #bluewatchmonday, everyone! Today I’m wearing my blue BB58, which happens to be my favorite dive watch.

This one checks off a lot of boxes for me with its snowflake hands (which reminds me of the original MN snowflake subs), beautiful blue dial/bezel, 39mm case, and the 4HZ, 70 hour power reserve movement.

What is your favorite dive watch, and do you have it in your collection already?

My favorite in my collection is probably the Omega PO 39.5mm.

But the BB58 and Seiko SPB143 are not far behind.

I've only got 2 dive watches, and it's a tough choice. Big price difference between them too! Orient Ray II and Zelos Mako V3 Titanium Frost. Zelos probably wins, but I really like them both. Mostly comes down to if I want a blue dial or a white dial that day. Zelos is definitely the better watch, but I've got more time and memories with the Orient. Bought it to see if I liked wearing a big diver (I do), and no milestone attached to it, so it's a beater. Figured it was a good watch to wear to the beach, so now whenever I go to the beach to have fun with the family, my Orient is on my wrist.

I agree. My BB58 is my favorite.

Seiko SPB239 and my SKX

My favorite diver is the Omega Seamaster 300 Heritage. I wish I could get it

·

Here’s mine…….

I only have Vostoks and today's wear. I haven't found anything that's appealed more than my trusty teal dialled Scuba Dude.

·

I have a few divers at several price points..

Tudor Pelagos

But my absolute favourite is my Tudor PO1 with looks only its mother could love! Oh and I can't get it wet as it only comes on leather and has such an odd design that it's not a friend to strap changes.

I've got another vostok and a couple of other orient divers. I wear them all on a regular basis but it's the PO 1 that makes me smile the most. I think I'm in a minority appreciation society though!

Ocean Crawler in black and orange for me

I’d have to say my Submariner … I was lucky enough to get the call at the same time of my 35th service anniversary for work. I also enjoy my Casio Duro

I’ve been primarily wearing divers most of my life. From 1994 to 2015, my GADA watch was a No Limits Sector SGE500 500 meter dive chronograph.

Image

Current favorite is a GS SLGA015

Image

And I have a soft spot in my heart for my goto tool watch which is a turtle SPRE93

Wow these are three amazing divers! How does the planet ocean wear compared to the SPB and BB58? I would definitely consider getting one. I have a 6.25” wrist

That’s so cool to hear about your Zelos and Ray! Those are both great pieces

Thanks so much!🙏🏻

I got to check these out at Windup SF, and I really enjoyed them!

Can’t beat a Sinn! These are some of the best watches out there without a doubt. My dad has the black U1 SE, and it’s so cool!

·

No surprise that my favorite is my BB58 like OP.

My Sinn U50 is a close second that is a great contrast to it.

Amaizng duo😍🔥

It’s like kids… I can’t pick one. However if I could add a BB58 (or 54?) it would probably rise to the top as ‘favorite’

Image

I think you’d really enjoy the BB58! Those Loreir’s are amazing btw! I hope to add one to my collection before too long

Easy! I only got one 😅

Wow! Beautiful piece!

I can't decide which is my favorite between these two. PAM 127 and Rolex DeepSea

These are two intense divers! They both look so cool!!😍🔥

#1 Laco Diver. I really love their mix of pilot and diver making a very easy to read dial and different.

Image

#2 Seiko Samurai. Affordable and comes with some great dial colors.

Image

#3 Alpina Sea Strong: Another watch that does not look like your typical dive watch.

Image

#4 Citizen Promaster GMT Titanium: Honestly my favorite of them all it has it all. Light weight, Sapphire, GMT, ISO certified, Solar power. With this diver I would be ok to retire the rest of the diver.

Image

Amazing watches, man! These are all really solid choices! Laco makes so many cool watches, and that citizen gmt looks great!

I own several divers but these are my favorites because they actually get used.

I’ve always been interested in that Sinn! Really cool duo, my friend!

It is quite thick and heavy, but its short lug to lug, case, and bracelet design help it wear quite comfortably. Overall I’d say it’s much more similar to the SPB than the BB58.

·

It would probably be my SMP 2254.50

·

Gotta be my Tudor Pelagos 42 in blue!! Lusted for this for a long long time and so thankful to own it now.

I’m with you. The bb58 is my go to diver. It checks all the boxes.
