Lesson learned

So this past couple weeks my gf and I have been going through a lot and are in the process of a break up ok.. so this past weekend I wasn't home and she came inside my house and swiped my tudor bb41 blue dial. Omg was I pissed man! Out of all things she decides to do this smh..so today I gave it time to cool down and threatened the cops and she said she didn't care..so I said go ahead and keep it if it pays for you to hit the road then good riddance there's plenty more where that came from lol..so I just rocked the sarb017 and pasha all weekend ..needless to say I got it back today un harmed and in a bye bye bag full of bad memories..now it's cheers thirty boys! Glad the watch was alright 😉🍻

·

Managed to stay cool and do nothing crazy..glad it worked out for the good..cheers

·

Cheers, Brother. Hope tomorrow’s a better day.

·

Glad you got it back, the watch lol. Seriously, the lesson to learn here is to secure stuff. I keep my stuff put away and locked when I don't need to access it.

Glad you got your stuff back. Atleast you didn't get married. Divorces are nasty. Believe me lol.

Absolutely right!!..I was lucky she didn't get the whole box

It’s a bit more than $20, but the sentiment feels the same.

Yeah..kinda low to steal..shouldn't be with anybody who stoops that low..my watches are earned and she stepped over the line..

Agreed. I never stole snything from her because it just doesnt make sense for me plus I'm not a grabage human being. Atleast you found out what kind of person she was before it got to insane.

Stealing that watch is a third-degree felony in Pennsylvania, punishable with a maximum of 7 years in the pen and $15,000 fine.

So yeah, once she found that out she returned it I'm sure.

Glad balance has been restored, brother.

Great movie 😎 Fave scene: "Ok, now ya's CAN'T leave."

·

Don't hate her; love the absence of her. 😎

·

Glad to hear you have the watch back.

Reminds me of a lyric from one of my songs (modified for these cicrumstances)...

"You spent my money...that and something more

Now you've got my watch and you're walking out the door

Don't know where you're going... but listen to what I say

Doesn't matter if you leave...but that watch has got to stay"

·

You kept the one thing you can count on ;-).

·
  • Thailand or Bali is calling you bro… my condolences, it’s never pretty going through a breakup. A trip away will help clear the mind no end. When I got divorced boy it helped me to adopt the abundance principle rather than have scarcity and oneitis for one person . Nine Iron rules of Rollo Tomasi will be now well worth reading through especially after a breakup. Good luck and stay sane …

Tbh, if she took the Tudor over the Pasha she was never a keeper in my opinion.

·

take care man!

·

Looking at the title of the post... What have you learned from this? How exactly are you changing your behaviour to avoid such a malarchy in the future, as a result of this experience? No more watches from the Hans Wilstorf foundation? Becoming gay?

·

Good to see you got it back bro. For a second Sniff* Sniff* Smelled like a felony* 😂😂😂

·

Now its a true conversation piece lol 😉

·

Good things come to those who are patient, good on you bud! Justice is served!! 💪

·

I hope the last conversation wasn’t:

girl friend: come on, it would look great on you:

Stevieb: yea, but I really don’t want a tattoo down my left arm

·

This is why im getting a safe , with only myself knowing the code.

People can change

I've learned that no matter how much lipstick you put on it , a pig is a pig. Next question..

To be honest, I hope you two can work it out. I know you booth had a good connection with watches. That's why she went for your Tudor Throat.👌

Ikr..she knew what she was doing lol..good to laugh about it now but it was a close call

·

I would have said good riddance to bad rubbish... but then she gave the watch back.

A Watch is for life… Relationships come and go. 😂

I have never heard of a better reason to buy another watch. Good luck my friend, there are plenty out there.
