The new is more dressy but still GADA, and I would argue more versatile due to that fact, ie it dresses up better than the old model. Both are great designs IMO and no wrong answer.

I think it's right at your limit, but works,.esp. and only if you are okay with how it wears. We don't wear it, you do. They are amazing watches, so please share more in the wrist pics if you do buy.

I own a Noble and have handled the Essence, both are great, but the Noble is the nicer watch IMO in terms of fit and finish - more dressy GADA aesthetic. Conversely, the Formex is going to give you a more tool watch feel, so if you want more of that vibe it's a superb watch.
