Which next two watches are on your short list ?

I know every watch enthusiast has a few watches they would like to or will buy in the next few years if not much sooner. What are your next two ?

Mine: A Hamilton PSR and a Orange Doxa 300

Mine changes day to day lol. For now, its a Formex Essence 39 mm MOP and Nodus Sector Sport in marigold.

I just bought a watch after a two year hiatus, so I’m probably good for a while. That being said, my wife who typically doesn’t like jewelry aside from her wedding rings fell in love with a Longines. That will be her Christmas present. As for me I’ve been thinking a lot about Rado’s offerings. So I might look that way next time.

Mido Ocean Star 600 Blue and Tissot Telemeter 1938 White

·

Glashütte pano lunar and chronoswiss regulator.

·

The Hanhart 417ES flyback chronograph.

And the Mondaine stop2go wrist watch.

I'm right there with you with that Hamilton PSR. My first cool watch (inspired by Live and Let Die) was an actual Pulsar in 1974. So I want one for sentimental reasons....BUT....

I need to see one in person. I have read that the crystal is not red, but clear. Only the face underneath it is red. I'm not sure how that works/looks in person. Gonna have to find out and then, most likely, BUY ONE! 😀👍

I’m good for the moment. The watches I thought I wanted, hasn’t kept my interest for more than 6-9 months I require before buying a watch. Hence, nothing on my list. Is this what sobriety feels like?

This is pretty much me, with the exception of the Alpinist. Hopefully I’ll get it in the next year or so. After that….I dunno….I kinda wanna just sit still and save for my grail: a hesalite Speedy.

Been looking for this, at the right price, for a loooong time.

One could say its the closest I'll get to having the proverbial grail.

Be prepared, this will prolly shock you, you've been warned, and not kidding 😂.

In the grim darkness of the 41st millennium.....🤏🏻🤘🏻🤙🏻🦄

Whenever nivada grenchen releases their re edition of the Antarctic in 35mm I’m really wanting to get into more vintage style/size watches so I look forward to this release later this year!

I’m spending a lot of time looking at big pilot watches these days. Zenith type 20 homages and similar are on my short list right now.

Damn! love that steel case. I've decided that my next few watches will be from WC modders/watchmakers.

39mm Explorers have been going down in price for a bit and I might buy one in the near future. Also always checking if a nice example of the aerospace comes up for sale.

·

2254 & Vertex automatic

·

Serica 5303 Diver and Casio A700

·

That Hamilton LED watch is more retro than the actual LED watches that were going round in the actual 1970s and 1980s...!

I keep checking out the Sinn Flieger 358. Brutal style and German efficiency.

Maybe one day...

I'd like to get into a quartz GS but am struggling to sneak it past the doorman with my one-in-one-out policy.

I also have a hankering for a 60s AP / Vacheron.. Cal 1003 or similar. Again, this would need to be done through the side entrance..

I have a Nodus Sector just like that, the bracelet quality is amazing for the price and it looks amazing on a leather strap. Would recommend a lighter brown.
