Strap Combos for inner peace ✌🏻
Yesterday I finally found the strap combination I looking for for so long to complement my Seiko Speedtimer. I tried several different straps for it and got really close but was never fully happy with it.
After my latest watch purchase of a Vaer DS4 Solar I recieved this black rubber strap and I tried putting it into my speedtimer. And as the quick release clicked into the holes also did it click in my head.
It’s Color and Style fit great, it gets really close to the case in between the lugs which I really like and also the strap is very soft and has a great weight which balances the watch perfectly.
I finally achieved inner peace ✌🏻 😍
What is your favourite non-factory watch and strap combo? I’d love to see pictures of such combinations 😍
We got so little time on this world, only thing you can do is put it on your wrist.

Strap is spot on IMO. But to be fair it would look great on quite a number of straps.

For me, you can never fully enjoy any watch, unless it's paired with the right strap/bracelet. Searching for the perfect partner is part of the fun, ain't it!.👍

With that white dial, it can wear lots more! I have other straps for my white dial Timex Waterbury coming up. Can't wait for each of their turn on rotation.

Most definitely. I tried multiple different colors (blues, greens, yellow, red….) it looks great on all of those. Just not perfect to my eye. 😋
But the versatility is one important part of why I love this watch so much

The best part is it’s also much more comfortable with the bracelet bec I could not get the original leather strap to fit my wrist properly despite the strap being quite soft.

The original black leather felt so "old", this rubber fits great imo.

Absolutely. I was on the search for a strap for my Tudor GMT, years really, and finally found the perfect pairing. I had to lighten the load on this fat boy and jettison the bracelet with the stupid faux rivets. Tudor for the love of gawd please abandon this terrible bracelet.
I got one from house of straps, that lasted for a few months, then a bunch of leather/nylon ones from Daluca, Strapcode, Strapsco, Crown and Buckle and nothing lasted for more than a few days, until finally I got an FKM from ZuluDiver and a sailcloth from Finwatchstraps. I love those two and will probably not change.
