Bought a handful from them, and all bar one a trouble-free experience . Only issue was my first buy. Watch arrived loose in watchbox with bracelet broken open and no spare links. They offered to pay for any necessary repairs locally, to watch or movement , but I sent it back for refund. That was around 4 years ago though, and all subsequent buys have been trouble free.

Agree with shazerbot. CNS are cheap but perfectly good straps (the 'parachute' 'strap pictured couldn't be easier to fit)). Not bought, but handled an Erica's and the overall feel is quite similar. I do spend on expensive straps at times, but only when I feel I'll get somrthing I won't get from cheaper straps. ๐Ÿ˜„
