I've got that same watch! Sapphire crystal, ceramic bezel, reliable quartz movement, stainless steel case and bracelet with solid links and endlinks, and for well under $100. It's not perfect, of course. Edge of the clasp has some sharp corners and edges, I've scratched myself pretty good a couple times, and there's a spot of white paint on one of the hands, but it isn't lume. But overall, really good watch!
I like the bezel on this, with pulsometer for the first quarter and speed after that. My chronograph is just speed, and I don't have much need to clock speeds up to Mach 3!
