Really need a 38mm x 32.2mm black/red insert!
So, my latest build is basically done, but my bezel insert is giving me some trouble. The case is made by Tandorio, and while it looks like a Willard, it's not the same size, 44mm vs 43mm. So the bezel insert isn't the same size. I'm having a lot of trouble finding the right size and color, anyone have any tips? Bought all the parts on AliExpress, but not this. Original bezel was full black, and u was going to use that again, but I dropped it and the lume pip came off, so the one on the picture is literally held to the top of the stock bezel with double sided tape, and the inside opening is smaller than the crystal, so it's actually up and slightly hanging over the certain, very janky. Really how someone can help me find a perfect fit before this temporary fix becomes permanent!
Used to collect cheap and weird digital watches when I was young. Now I've moved on to mechanical watches. I also like modding them, especially the cheap ones!
Have you contacted the Tandorio store on AliExpress to ask them which parts will fit? I needed a replacement bezel insert for my wife's watch and they recommended the exact replacement. I feel pretty confident if you told them exactly what you have they'd be able to help you out.

Yes, actually, that's how I got the measurements for this and other parts before even doing the build. It's an oddball case, not really based exactly on anything. I guess I should contact them again just specifically about the insert and see if they have any more help, but I'm not holding my breath. Thankfully they are good about answering questions.

There are, but finding one in black with the red dive time section from 12 to either 3 or 4 is where I'm running into the biggest road blocks. And I know that sounds like a small thing, but it's a pretty important part of the build. I actually just took one that was too small on the inside diameter and ran a round file around and around and around until I opened it up to the size I need, it might just work.
