It's a good looking watch, but nothing about it stands out from the pack imo.
I know it's like comparing apples and oranges, but as I'm currently looking at Dan Henry due to @chronotriggered recently throwing its temptation into my path, I think I'd rather have a 1964 for 250 USDย

Hmm โฆ I might just get a Dan Henry than Baltic Hms002 โฆ this Dan Henry you posted is ๐ฅ
I know right! And here I am trying to keep my watch abstinence!
I think I jinx myself. I was fooling myself answering poll by @rodeenski last week, asking about if you feel complete with your collection and I answered YESโฆ and a day after I bought 3 wAtches ๐คฏ๐ตโ๐ซโฆ Iโm a walking contradictory!!ย

This is beautiful. But as stated by @horologuitarist ย above, it doesn't really stand out with the all the other tricompax releases lately. I want a Baltic watch at some point though, and this really nice looking.ย
I think it's great Baltic is taking the Tricompax design and releasing a non-limited edition with both the panda and reverse panda designs. It keeps the Peter Auto limited edition special, but offers the same design and quality build for all who want one. I think the price is a fair price.
The Dan Henry references are great examples of a modestly priced quartz alternative that are built really well and look fantastic.
When it was released a couple of years ago, I plumped for the 1962 Racing Chronograph with the Seiko VK63 mecaquartz movement...it was very reasonably priced at $285...

Very competitively priced, but I have to say, if someone is looking for a panda, itโs pretty good looking and the specs back it up.

You're right. Very nice specs ๐

So tempting! Great watch. I just picked up something for my wife so I'm in a holding pattern right nowย

Not guilty.
I told you it was a watch. So did @chronotriggered
I even went so far as to as it was a Baltic.
No flies on us two you know.ย

True. I did say it was a watch. Itโs uncannyโฆ
