Buying list for 2024.
I think I have more or less finalized the 5 must buy watches in 2024.
Patek Aquanaut - this one is tricky bcoz I know it’s difficult to buy, but I like the 5167A and the 5164A. Let’s see what I can get my hands on.
Without a doubt. The olive green president is pretty much set in stone. I’m going to buy this.
The Cartier tank - it’s just enamored me the last couple of months. I think I’m going to get it as a frivolous buy. Or how do you say it - my indulgent purchase, perhaps sums it up better.
Rolex skydweller white gold blue - definitely buying this one.
Omega SMP 300M - I loved this one since I didn’t even know loving watches is a thing. So I’m going to buy it at some point. Is that in 2024? I think so, I hope so. I don’t know. Not too sure.

I have the Omega Diver. Beautiful watch. Is the Sky-Dweller a long wait list Rolex?
The day date is still pretty far over retail I believe are you planning to get it from the AD or secondhand
I waited two years for my SD 336934 from the AD - with a decent spend history. Wear it in good health!

Fredrique Constant Worldtimer is thr only specific watch I am on the hunt to acquire. If Tudor brings out a smaller cased Ranger or GMT those would gain my attention. With that said, at anytime I might find something of interest.
I’m saving up for a Tudor. I recently purchased a Sanda Tank off of AliExpress to see if I’d enjoy the look of a square Cartier tank & it’s a yes. Definitely on my list

-Bulova Lunar Pilot
The only one I can probably guarantee though, is the Casio A100WE with its cheap price tag, to add to my growing Casio collection.
All in 2024!? Holy cow. Not a fan of the Skydweller personally, but all beautiful choices

I would be happy to switch places if Sky-Dweller is being offered to me. 😅The models that most people like I don’t like them. For example, Sub was offered to me 2s and rejected both the times. Out of all Rolex models I only like DJ, OP and YM. And so far have the YM and DJ. Waiting for my turquoise/celebration OP. Let’s see if that model comes through any time soon. TBF check out the Watches of Switzerland at Broadgate, London if you are interested in Rolex models and they have sourced me models within days if not on the spot (except turquoise/celebration OP). You can mention my name there to get an intro. The manager and staff members know me really well.

On my buying list for 2024 and starting the collection right with mechanical/automaric watches are the Orient Bambino RA-AC0M01S10B as a perfect dress watch for work and special occasions and the Tissot PRX powermatic 80 35MM in Blue as the more sporty but still stylish watch.
This will get me started and have a lovely watch for any occasion (next to my first love the Certina DS action diver 38MM with Black dial) and to see where I will go from there!
The olive green Day Date and Tank are big winners. If you ended the year with just those two it would already be a great one. Congrats on getting to a point that you can get them.
I'm still thinking for this year. I could use a G-Shock, so am looking for the GW-5000U.
I'd also like a GMT, and quite like the Omega Worldtimer in titanium. Still not 100% sure, so will give it a little time first.

Not from AD. I don’t think that’s possible to acquire it in 2024. I have a better chance going to the moon. 😂
