No wouldn’t buy it, for the simple reason I can’t tell the time easily; for me that’s the number 1 criteria for a watch. Else I could just bring a painting with me 😂

Not for me, the Journe watch that I was interested in was simple platinum with a moonphase complication, according to the ad not enough of a real Journe to be worth the massive price. He was honest that only certain Journe watches are hyped.

I like it and appreciate it. But.....I wouldn't purchase it. There are other watches I prefer to spend my $$ on.

For me, all this belongs under a proper dial. I want a watch that tells the time clearly. I don't want all the gubbins to distract from that any more than I want to know what goes into a sausage. Open case back is the place to display

Nah. I’m a sucker for F.P. Journe, but I know what I want of theirs, and this ain’t it. Now maybe, if the white of all the paint were perfectly outlined in black (or matching blued steel), and fully lumed, and some AR coating…yeah maybe.

Wearing one, it would look so muddled. I wouldn't view it at close inspection 99.99% of the time.

No, the design makes no sense. Journe makes a lot better looking watches.
