We are about a month away from Watch Crunch's first community building exercise, the one before the other games, the Ur contest: The One Watch Challenge. Simple question (the results are non-binding because I do as I please): should former champions be allowed to compete in this year's 1WC?

The former champs are: @BadgeHoarder @Porthole @DeeperBlue @TheSharperTheBetter @unseenhero and @TonyXXX . @Porthole was a winner both years.
Last year was an off season year for me. I need to be able to defend a title!
For me … if I’m a challenger I would like to compete with champions!!! Compare my wits and challenge my will to wear one watch for months against the two time champion for example the illustrious Mr. @Porthole !! Hellz yeah bring the champions back!!

Without having decided on my own participation, doing not so good in it’s first year, I believe a contest should be with as high level of competitors as possible.

Did that twice. I purchased a watch especially for the second to trigger the most people.
It’s going to need something special to keep interesting. Second one was less about the watch and more keeping up with @Aurelian ’s power tripping, and hoping nobody spoils the challenges we got to set. I took an entire lunch break to crack the Zodiac cyphers, across two phones.
Fun fact: never received swag for winning the second… so, yeah… platform didn’t uphold their end of the bargain

I can't wait to see what @Aurelian has up his sleeve this year. He won't be having a glitch in the matrix to help him eliminate us this time.
I have a new contender coming for this year's festivities. It may be a little heavier than I want though. Maybe I will go back to the Grayton California. It is definitely a GADA watch. The beautiful green California dial driving everyone nuts 🤪. Everyone loves California dials. 😂 Let the games begin!

You have zero idea what's in store and if having a full idea is measured 1-100, I'm probably at around a 10 & I've experienced both previous iterations of this challenge.
I believe I'll have to make myself smarter and expand my consciousness to have a ghost of a chance of winning. Too bad mushrooms are illegal where I live.

Yes, you wear a single watch for as long as you can, but you also have to dance to the gamemaster's tune. Imagine posting a WRUW daily (sometimes themed, sometimes not) and then also having weekly scavenger hunt challenges along with flash challenges at anytime during the week.
The gamemaster's aim is to have the game over with as soon as possible. He WANTS you to fail, and does everything he can to cause it, not just hopes for it.

Sounds interesting but not for me. I prefer to switch out my watch daily at least.
