I know this is a quartz (solar) and doesn't have quite of a racer flair, but I just bought the Citizen CA0450-57E for 170USD.

It's a JDM model (made in japan), 40mm, has sapphire, Eco-drive movement, and quite comfy BOR-esque bracelet. Check out my most recent post for details. Oh and they have panda dial also, it's silver and purple-ish for the solar tho, not pure white and black.

Nato and leather for field and aviation watches, bracelet; nato; and rubber for divers, bracelet and leather for GADA and chronographs, leather for dress watches. And 90% of my watches is not on their original strap/bracelet.

Brands with a full person's name gives me the ick. Not that I wouldn't buy them, but it better be a near perfect watch for me to buy em

commented on Too many watches. Seriously. ·

It's like when you bought extra meal incase you're hungry late at night. Most often than not, you'll eat it just because it is available to you. I feel the same with watches, I have 20ish watches and the urge to swap and wear all of em in one day is almost unbearable.

I am very lucky with the price, a local store only had one so I just need to buy them, plus they have vouchers and store point so that was helpful. It's beautiful in person also. Being said that, I don't think it have any AR coating whatsoever, the hands and indecies reflect quite a lot.
