Most expensive impulsive buy I've ever did for a hobby
So I just bought another watch, this time it is a more contemporary watch and without any celebration in mind. I usually buy watches on my birthday or if I celebrate something, so this is quite a purchase as an unemployed college kid. Which is why I immediately put this watch for sale to feel better about myself, with a 50% margin of course. And yes, I still have money for my daily needs. Enough about me, let's talk about the watch. It is a Citizen Eco-drive CA0450-57E. Some technical specs: Diameter: 40mm Lug to lug: 46mm/50mm with male endlink Thickness: 13mm Bracelet: 20mm tapered to 18mm Movement: Eco-drive Cal. B612 (time, date, chronograph, 24 hours indicator) Chrystal: sapphire WR lever: 100m
It is a JDM model with "made in japan" written between the 6 and 7 marker. I have a quite big of a wrist and this watch fits perfect👌. I've never had a chronograph before and I fallen in love since I first laid my eyes on it in early 2022. That one has blue dial but I "choose" the black dial, partly because this is the only watch they had, but mostly because I have enough colored dial watches to know that my heart will always attracted to black dials. I'm not a bracelet guy but this BOR-esque bracelet looks beautiful and solidly made with solid endlinks, pressed clasp tho.
This is my most expensive impulsive buy I've ever did but it is still well under 180USD which is very well worth the price for the spec👌. Anyway, what to you guys think? And am I right to assume that JDM Citizen tend to not write Eco-drive on the dial? Tell me in the comments.

Great watch ! Its a very decent price also. I have bought JDM before and they don't often put the writing on the dial, which suits me. It looks much better with your photos than it does online. I am tempted myself !

I am very lucky with the price, a local store only had one so I just need to buy them, plus they have vouchers and store point so that was helpful. It's beautiful in person also. Being said that, I don't think it have any AR coating whatsoever, the hands and indecies reflect quite a lot.
