9 watch collection for the price of a used Oris Aquis
I bring 9 out of 25 watches for a couple months of college. I consider these as my keeper, but who knows what the future holds.
I'm pretty proud of this line up. Price is a big thing as I am just a college student. This collection all together isn't even enough to buy a new Oris Aquis but I got some of the collest/nicest watch for the price.

Uni student, been collecting since my 16th birthday. None of my watches cost more than 190 USD but I'm really proud of my collection. Hope y'all have a great day while reading this.

Wow thank you. I think it's important to stay grounded in a hobby. I think somebody in a hodinkee interview once said "collect knowledge, then watches" I think that is a great perspective on watch collecting. Hope you are enjoying your collection like I do.

Oh it's not. One of the best build quality for the price without being an alibaba special. They have original design (to a certain extent), they uses reliable movements, good QC, UK based, china manufacturer (I mean what's not these days). That being said, after 3 years, I found that the crown is started to get stiff, it's not bad but it is noticable. I don't know if it's because I just moved to a different climate city and the gasket expand or the crown is getting gunked up.
