Keep in mind this doesn't "ruin" the perceived value of your PRX, Tissot isn't a bad brand, and honestly any large manufacturing corporation's goal is to make money.
I don't mind it actually, maybe not at MSRP price, but it's not bad.
I think hate is a bit strong, but they've done themselves no favours imho. Fortunately there are a thousand other watches out there and I'm unlikely to see it in person so it's really no big deal...🤷

BLUFF: Enthusiasts aren't a concern.
I own a PRX and bought several other Tissot watches

I don't particularly like integrated bracelet watches, and the PRX doesn't really appeal to me. But I actually like the digital one a bit better. It suits this 70s style and looks at home next to the Casio range of digital watches, but better quality.
It seems odd to get worked up about it. If you don't want one, don't buy it. It doesn't negate the existence of the analog PRX line.
Tissot made a big mistake. When it comes to digital quartz, you shouldn't try to play in Casio's sandbox. Their digital quartz movements are super-precise, super-reliable, and you can get a Casio for about $80 on Amazon. And the Casio watches look better.

I am not going to vote anything because aI can't say I love it or hate it. It is just a version of PRX and it is an invention and it is interesting and would start a debate. It is not my cup of tea. For a digital eatch I rather go with Casio but I respect the model and still love the brand
It’s a resounding “meh” from me. Perhaps overpriced, but not offensive and maybe a little cool 🤷♂️. But personally, if I wanted that vibe I’d go for a Casio for 10% of the cost. Haha

You know, I was just thinking that! This is something I would have expected from Casio
It's really ugly tbh. Circular digital stuff isn't great, but at least the likes of Casio and Timex use designs to help with it. This PRX thing is just analog watch body with a digital display slapped in the middle. Feels really lazy and there's so much empty space that looks wrong.
My watch collecting hobby started at a very young age. The current collection includes Seiko,Tissot,Longines,Certina,Hamilton, Frederique Constant, Baume and Mercier, Omega, Tudor , Tag Heuer , and Ci...

I'm cool with it, actually.
UPDATE: Added pics.
As I posted in another related Thread; not my cuppa, but to each their own! 👍
why ??? I love my PRX, I'm not a fan of digital watch in general, I can't say I find the digital display beautiful, but why hate it ?
Photos?
Actually, I've seen photos. I want to see more. I like them.
I'm completely indifferent to it lol
My guess would be to make money..🤔🫣

It's kimda ugly but it fits rhe retro style they're going for. Taste can't be argued I suppose.
$450 is a bit steep though

Used the word Hate to create some drama =)

I own a PRX myself .

I will wear my Spaghetti Scameti tonight to celebrate the occasion. 🥳
Thanks 👍 It's a good vibe on here, much easier to stay positive when the forum isn't full of trolls like others 🧘
As another, non-watch YTer once said, there are no bad products, just bad prices.
I can dig the vibe, but not at close to $400.
What were they thinking?
Nothing against digital but this is just crap design. NEEDS MORE STUDY as an old professor of mine was fond of saying. 😉
I love this way more than the recent three hand PRX.

I don't hate it. I just think it's uninteresting, overpriced and poorly designed.

Are “love it” or “hate it” my only options? Cuz I’m “kinda meh”
I luv my Computron! I mean just the name is kewl!

Love it just enough to buy it , hate it just enough not to buy
£40 Casio, do I need to say anymore!

I hated it at first but it’s grown on me….got a lot of 80’s/Radwood vibes going on
