Back from "repairs", but it's not the same...
What happened to us? Two weeks apart and I just don't feel the same... Was our relationship just built on fleeting emotions?
Maybe it's that I've worn the huge and imposing Tuna MarineMaster 300 with the bulky and colorful ISOfrane for a week? And the transition is just a bit rough?
Maybe it is because I saw the Black Bay Pro when I turned the 36 in for repairs? And I tried it on today when picking up the 36 (a huge mistake maybe 😳)?
Or is it that I feel like you betrayed me by not working properly and acting like nothing is wrong when the watchmaker looked at you?
They didn't find anything wrong with the watch even though I DID experience issues with the hacking. The message from the watchmaker was: "Nothing wrong. Make sure to pull the crown all the way out"...

I hope it works properly for you! I’d feel some kind of way too if I sent something in for repair and they told me nothing was wrong. Just had you waiting for the issue to return, and that does take the enjoyment out of it. good luck!! Either way it’s still a gorgeous piece.

The blackbay 36 is a gorgeos watch. Maybe try it with a matching color shirt to renew the flames between you and the watch? :)
I routinely "cheat" on my watches. So to me this is normal? If you try out some other options you may very well come right back to the BB36.

I think the combo of not having it for a while, not getting resolution to the issues you experienced, and having worn a much larger watch for a while will do that. I have a 43mm Black Bay Bronze and a Reverso. Switching between the two used to feel really really strange, but now I don’t give it a second thought. Took a while for me to settle into those “feelings” but now that I’ve had them for I bit it makes sense to me that they should feel like very different wearing experiences. They were build for very different situations.

Yeah definitely DO NOT try on watches when dropping off. Oh boy, that’s like a talent check at the airport or mall... never good for the relationship my friend. Hopefully that loving feeling comes back.

If I were you I would be bothered by what service center told me that there is nothing wrong with the watch. It would surely leave a hole of imperfection in my mind when I see this watch, and find many disadvantage along the way.
I would try to send it to another service center or watchmaker to checkout again. After then I can sit with the watch anf truly see whether it still belong in my collection or not.

I'm not worried since they "cleared" it. It's a very serious and reputable AD/watchmaker
