Alternatives To The New Speedmaster White Dial?

Which would you choose? Would you choose them over it or as an alternative due to price? They are mostly panda dials. I've added some other pics in the comments. Most have 100m WR or more. Tudor Black Bay Chrono Panda - 200m WR, 70h PR, 5,200 chf Longines Conquest '23 Chrono - 100m WR, 59h PR, 3,600 chf Seiko Prospex Speedtimer - 100m WR, 42h PR, 2,700 chf

I think I’m covered on the panda dial Chrono. The new speedy is nice, but don’t think I could deal with an omega waitlist.

I won't get one, I have a normal speedy and not on my horizon just now. I think they will try and string the waitlist out for 6 months or a year, as in have waitlists for that time, not waiting that time, then they will be freely available. I think it is a beautiful watch, but not for me just now.

I wanted to vote for the tudor, but C̶a̶t̶h̶e̶d̶r̶a̶l̶ snowflake hour hand just isn't for me

Yep, I forgot about its name lol

Price and availability aside, the Panda Daytona looks best in my opinion. Just the right amount of white and black. I think the white dial speedy has too much white.

Second place would be a tie between the Carrera and El Primero you posted pictures of.

But I‘m not a chrono guy, so I‘d never spend that kind of money on one 😂

Heuer or Hamilton. Or a Hanhart or a panda Speedy.

I’m waiting for the swatch version 🤣

Not many other manual wind white dial sport chronographs out there. Some of these are similar in aesthetics, but not the reason I personally would be shopping one or the other.

·

The white dial Tudor Chrono has poor legibility as the hands are also white. Plus the black dial looks better anyway (biased opinion).

Legibility is key! 👌

Really Tudor, it is extremely heavy

Tudor. The black add the pop to an already crisp white dial.

Or this^. Nice watch mate!

The skeleton open heard is sick!!! I’ve never tried or seen on in the flesh but it looks 🔥🔥

·

I’ve seen that black bay chronograph in the metal with the panda dial and it is magnificent.

Bulova Lunar Pilot Snoopy

The Tudor panda on a black nato will win this for me without even trying. I'll pick that over the speedmaster too

Omega Speedmaster Racing. I really like the look of the 2 sub dial chronographs, but that usually means losing the ability to time events longer that 1 hour in duration. The Omega 2 register designs incorporate both elapsed minutes and hours in the sub dial at the 3 o'clock position, offering the best of both worlds, but they do tend to be on the thick side.

Image

I also really like the white dial Speedmaster Broad Arrow, which is considerably thinner than the Racing models.

Great input Tempus! 👍

My vote is for the Omega NZL-32!

I have the previous gen and it’s my favorite watch. But I’m a sucker for a power reserve.
