This brings back my middle school memory but I have to agree with others that 1500 price tag is way too much. It should cost slightly more than a Moonswatch.

That's always been their vibe. They were the teens entry to watches back when.
Way too expensive for what it is, I rather search for a used one.
It would be such a brilliant move if they came out and said “oh, our mistake, the pre-order was for $150 not $1500, decimal points are hard and an accountant has been fired, our bad”…. But only for the first X amount of orders….literally would completely charge the narrative. Sell them for whatever you want to after that, but at least they’d be in people’s hands….ag this rate, I don’t know how many will actually sell.

I really don't think people realize how much personal wealth is out there, especially among rabid F1 fans and nostalgic boomers. With F1 grandstand tickets going for thousands of dollars, do we honestly think $1500 for a quartz watch is going to scare away these buyers??

A long-overdue reissue, with a dumb collaboration and ridiculous pricetag. I am/was hoping to get a steel model though…

I can assure everyone here that this feels like a $1,500 watch in the metal (steel version). Literally on par with (if not better) than other similar priced watches that I own
