Recently I’ve put in ground rules where I stick to a two watch rotation that I switch out every Sunday - so far I’m finding the approach so much more enjoyable ✌️
I own the NTTD, and never in a million years would I have thought that it actually works with a suit. You have proved me wrong, Sir - I will now try it
As someone that owns the NTTD, I love the lightness, as a nice difference to my other watches. Plus the colour of the metal looks so good with the dial, and works really well with the mesh (better than the 60th anniversary imho)
I think there’s nothing wrong with a period of aggressive acquisition, where you buy a bunch of pieces to try, and decide what you like. What you’ve clearly done well is have the restraint to send back when not exactly what you want (I have been a lot slower to move on / sell 😂).
I’m now in a period where I’m happy with what I have, and am sorting through which I like the most. And then likely will trim down a bit.
Enjoy the Tudor - can never go wrong with that beautiful dial
