I second this sentiment.  I have some higher end stuff I want to add to my collection, but my research as of late has been into micro brands.  There are some really neat stuff in that ecosystem.

Welcome!  I wish I could say "Turn back now before it's too late", but this hobby is so incredible on many levels.  What makes it truly special, however, is the people.  Other communities are argumentative, full of ego, and rude.  The watch community, especially here on WatchCrunch, are just incredible folks who are supportive of everyone.

Great trio you have...and I can't wait to see your collection grow over time.

Cheers!

PS - don't worry about your wallet size.  Every single person on this site has eyes bigger than their budget.  :)

Nice!!  Curious, which gets more wrist time normally?

I think it looks great!  I'm not extremely familiar with the brand, but aesthetically the pairing goes well together in my book.  Well done!

now that I think about it - the older I get the more I like smaller watches. I have a 7.75” wrist, so I’ve always sided with larger cases. In my 20’s and 30’s I was a fan of Navitimer and Panerai models. As I reached my 40s and was in a position to buy a few luxury pieces, most were 40mm. Now I find myself living 38mm pieces…even though that’s the smallest I can go without looking silly in my wrist. For example, I love the classic Explorer, but at 36mm, it’s a no go.

Fun topic - love reading the comments!
