Hello!
No issues on my Navi so far! Granted I have only had mine for 3 months. The only complaint I have with it is the crown. Not sure if they fixed this with later models (maybe others can vouch) but the crown is weirdly hard to grip, and if you consider the toughness of the B01's winding as well, setting the time for this watch is a chore.
All 3 honestly. The final decision came down to a simple thing: looks. The chrono felt too big and the type A felt too generic. I am not downplaying either though, as I believe the other options are still really good.
Sure! This is the Laco Paderborn.
I have seen multiple watches in the past that looked similar to the type B layout (Seiko, Hamilton), and I always assumed that Laco would be the same, but with the "German-made" tag.
In person, the quality difference is obvious. The watch case and strap quality (The downfall or seiko) as well as the antireflective coating, lume, and overall cleanliness of the dial itself (the downfall of hamilton) makes this stand out easily.
The Paderborn specifically has the original German-style lugs as well, and the matte finish of the case allows this to feel like a proper beater.
Honestly, the wear experience of this watch is comparable to IWC.
That was my thought as well. I have always thought that way regarding their models but seeing them in person for the first time is making me second guess just a bit lol
