I can't stop buying haha

Well my first box is full in just 3 months time, any other brands I should look at? Got a Seiko, Moonswatch, Fossil, Timex and a Detomaso. (And a spiderwatch haha)

what style do you find fits your liking the most? There are some awesome microbrands and mid tier brands that do certain styles very well.

·

Orient? Gekota? Circula? Nezumi? Phoibos?

I've just named a few makes I have that have some interesting and affordable pieces. Take a look at their sites and enjoy!

I dig my Seiko very well, classy watches melt my heart. But sporty looking diver watches as well.

This is my recommendation #Citizen NB1050

take a break and enjoy what you have

Seems like you're buying just for the sake of it, especially if you're asking randoms like us what else you should buy. Slow down, wear these watches. You've already got enough for a different watch daily, so you're not even going to bond with any of these as it stands.

Why add to the total?

If you are not stuck to "major" brands, look into Doxa and Certina. Good prices and a bit different. Squale also has nice divers.

Look into a Seagull as well, it will surprise you.

·

Casio , Citizen, Orient, . All are Great brands with good quality and value.

·

I’d say slow down. I mean that in the nicest way possible. I too tend to buy on impulse. And I will openly admit I have too many watches. I started years ago, but for some reason my collecting went into overdrive during COVID. But anyway, for brands to admire from a distance (took me a long time to learn that I don’t have to buy everything that looks cool!), look at some of the stuff on Ali Express, like San Martin.

·

Don't download the AliExpress app LOL!!!

·

I raced through my first box and a half and don't regret it. I then slowed down, and the price of each watch started going up, and I don't regret that either. I would certainly dip your toe into the microbrand scene as it's a world of its own, but I would also start to think about slightly higher priced pieces, bought less often.

·

Even tho the SNKL41 you have isn’t enough for me, it’s still a good-looking watch.

I think you should pul back on spending, create a wishlist that you look at critically, and vet future purchases through it. And just explore what you see online see what you like.

·

You have a nice looking collection going. It doesn't look like you need help from any of us. You are having fun building your collection. That's what matters most. Asking what you should get next on WatchCrunch you will get a gazillion answers. Just keep doing what you are doing. Find the feel of what you like. You don't have to buy expensive watches to enjoy collecting. Trust me, I have loads of fun. Go to my page and take a look. I have cheap watches. I have mid tier watches and I have expensive watches. I have fun and the vast majority of my collection is just like yours.

I think you're going to need a bigger boat...😉

My favorite watch box...$25 and perfect for most any sized watch.

Holds 10 watches, large soft cushions, plenty of space between slots, glass top to see what's inside, no magnets anywhere in the box, non-reactive materials, and nice cherry stain...

Here is the Amazon link...

Alternatively, if you are looking to spend a bit more the Wolf Watchboxes are a bit more plush and higher quality and holds 15 watches...but that comes at a multiple of the price $140 on sale...

Time for a new watch box 😂

·

Very nice collection! That Timex GMT is sexy! That is a fantastic seiko, and that Fossil moon-phase is very cool!

·

3 months and completed a full box wow you're quick 🤣

·

The easiest way to thin out your box is to require sales when new ones come in…or just buy more boxes. Good luck!!!

·

Orient. I will never get rid of my Mako. Welcome to the jungle, friend!! Grip your wallet tightly!

·

No collection is complete without at least one G Shock, GW-M5610U square or GA-2100 Casioak are a good place to start.

·

take a look at casio and orient based on your current collection.

·

Everything after the Spiderwatch is superfluous 🕷

I'd say definitely enjoy wearing these ones, and maybe throw a Casio/G shock in there!

·

Orient, Citizen, Casio, Vostok, Sea-gull and microbrands like Vario or CW

My two cents : that's a great, manageable collection you have there. You have classy, sporty, tool-y - all the categories and you have different colors, sizes etc...It's a great collection!

This is just from my experience, but take a 1-2 month break, and wear the heck out of all your watches in all sorts of situations. Unsubscribe from all watch websites just for a bit and settle into what you have. This is coming from someone who regrets the spur of the moment watch purchases I've made for watches that simply don't get time on the wrist and pull money away from watches that I would actually really wear a lot.

It's helpful to see which ones you really WANT to wear, vs the ones you feel like you 'have' to wear in order to not feel guilty for buying it. My guess is that will help with direction and then if you want you can sell the ones that really don't vibe with you.

Again, just my two cents, but be cautious about buying a more expensive watch because once you spend more than $1000 on a watch, the experience of that can be so different that it makes it hard to go back to $300 watches. And man, $1000 + watches will %100 break your bank for something you don't actually need. Let alone something in the territory of Omega, Tudor, Rolex etc...! If that's your direction, save save save save your money.

In the meantime take your time and enjoy that amazing collection!

Thanks for your very insightful post! Yeah I will cool down for now, and yeah you're definitely right about spending a $1000 watch.
