Singaporean here. I avoid rubber as much as possible. If it's really hot and humid I would go for a NATO or a bracelet. However, I will wear a leather strap anytime, anywhere! I'm even wearing a Bund right now!
In all the other positions the watch is at around -5s, and I did notice it had lost a minute or two in the past few days. So I was trying to find a position where it GAINS time so I can store it that way at night. Seems like I found it -- dial down.
I randomize a list of my collection, checking off each watch from the list as I wear it. Then when I've worn all of them, I make a new random list. This forces me to wear all my watches.
